• The pre-move survey allows us to receive all the measures of your personal effects.

• If your employer covers the cost of your move so they may have policy allowance levels. We can assist you in assessing the right quantity so that you will not have to pay extra charge on the shipment.

• Your shipment will be on its way while you are handing over your home at your origin and travelling to Hungary. Please provide us with Shipper Information Form including your routing and contact addresses and telephone numbers in Hungary.

• Before arrival in Hungary, please contact our office in Budapest. You should also complete personal entry formalities and documentation right before the arrival of the personal effects so that legal entry to Hungary is complete.

Moving Days

• On the moving day EuroMove's designated crew packs and wraps every single item to avoid damages during transportation. If you have high value or delicate goods in your possession our crew packs them with special attention or crates them if necessary. All the boxes are numbered individually and finally an inventory is prepared for future reference.

• Besides the actual physical moving of your belongings, we offer a broad range of service and we offer to execute several related activities for you. Thus, besides for the moving of your belongings, you can call our team of movers in for:

• The disassembling of your furniture

• The complete cleaning of your residence after the move by our cleaning service.

• The execution of different jobs on your house by our handyman service.

• Depending on quantities, packing operation can take up to several days. Once all the goods are packed and wrapped, a vehicle or container will be positioned at your home and the goods will be loaded for transportation.

• EuroMove's agent finalizes import documentation and formalities, and coordinates delivery of loaded truck/container and/or air container to vessel/airline to Hungary. We monitor transportation to destination.

Arrival and Deliveries

• Based on the documentation prepared EuroMove will organize customs clearance and release of the cargo and see that it is transported to the delivery area.

• If your new home is not ready or there are any other delays requiring temporary storage, we are able to store your belongings until further notice in our dry and safeguarded warehouse in Budapest.

• EuroMove will organize delivery to your new home. We will take care of unloading, unpacking, re-assembling and arranging furniture, disposing of packing materials and performing any special services that you require.

• Your work permit, and residency visa – International Relocation Services

• Your allowance levels if any

• Valuation of your goods for insurance including separate valuations for sea, air or storage, if applicable.

• Detailed list of all electrical appliances including type of appliance and serial numbers.
