Hi and welcome to my little corner on the internet.

My name is Szabolcs Sinka and I come from Hungary.

I love to draw, paint, sculpt, and anything else that has somthing to do with art in general. You can see here some of my works. Most of the stuff here was created with open source applications, like blender, gimp, inkscape, but of course I have some pics created with various traditional tools, like my beloved pen :) .

Fobos...?

Some of you may wonder, asking yourself; what the hell this fobos means.

Actually this is my nickname in blenpolis.org, elysiun.com and in a couple of other forums too (and also in IRC). I have chosen it couse I desperately needed one to register on elysiun.com (wich was the first forum I ever registered in).

At that time I just started to learn blender/3d and I really needed help. Maybe it had a special cause or meaning why I chose this nick. I am not quite sure where it comes from, I don't really remember. But what I remember is; that I was in rush, cause I was too excited, to post my questions. (If I am not completely wrong in the greece, roman mythology Phobos is the son of the goddess of love, but fobos is also the name of one of mars moon.)

Anyway I stood by my choice and by the following registrations I still used the same nick.

After a couple of months of "blendering" in the fall of 2003 I made my first website, and this is the second incarnation of that. I still use the nick, couse in the blender communities, especially in blendpolis.org (where I spend most of my time) I am better known as fobos.
